ABOUT BETH NOLAN

Beth Nolan has been in the holistic health field for over 25 years. Starting at a young age, she was trained in applied kinesiology (Touch for Health) to assist a chiropractor/nutritionist in his practice for over 10 years.

Building on this knowledge and experience led Beth on a journey of integrating the body, mind, spirit connection as an important role in the healing process.

Enjoying her work and personal growth, Beth continued her holistic training as a massage therapist mastering: Shiatsu, Reflexology and Deep Tissue; and, connective tissue massage techniques.

Massage school encouraged the practice of yoga as a way to survive the massage career. It has become a way of life for Beth; helping her to repair, keep strong and pain-free after a long day of physical work.

Hatha and Tantra Yoga honors the sacredness of our bodies and our spiritual potential. Breathing properly; deeply and fully brings the body and mind to their fullest potential. The science of breath is a spiritual experience achieved through the practice of yoga, tantric breath-work and/or meditation instruction.
