Beth focuses on the breath and proper breathing to encourage natural body functions, to help calm and focus the mind, and rejuvenate the nervous system. Each class is designed to bring each individual to a relaxed centered place and to connect with their true and natural self.

When people think of yoga, most commonly they visualize stretching exercises to the gentle sounds of music. Even though, the asanas (poses) are an integral part of yoga, exercise is only one component of the health and general well being of the yoga student.
Beth Nolan is a graduate of the Integral Yoga Institute. A capable teacher and practitioner, she herself is a life-committed student of this ancient philosophy.
