Beth focuses on the breath and proper breathing to encourage natural body functions, to help calm and focus the mind, and rejuvenate the nervous system. Each class is designed to bring each individual to a relaxed centered place and to connect with their true and natural self.

Yoga of the Heart/Tantric Breathwork Tantric breathing incorporates the basic Hatha yoga principles of breathe, movement, intention & sound. We just amp it up a bit to increase sexual energy and that heart/love connection we all look for. This breath allows us to connect with The Source, the love that is our birthright, partner or no partner. This consciousness breathing has the ability to bring insight to the emotional blocks that keep you from feeling your feelings. This innate and natural energy creates healthy body/mind awareness with loads of self-love to express. One Tantric Breath work technique that we'll be exploring is called orgasmic reflex response. This breath opens you up to increased sexual energy and control over your orgasmic reflex. Other techniques taught will teach you how to control and sustain this energy to your fullest pleasure and potential. |
